While working with a legal advocacy org, we found that even experts and advocates are often overwhelmed by vast amounts of information. Providing a summaries feature quickly distills complex documents, saving valuable time and allowing users to grasp key insights efficiently. To ensure the summaries were accurate, we allowed site editors to review and approve a series of AI-generated answers. The pre-populated prompts were tested and ranked by users before launch.
